Resubscribe via API?

I'm having trouble with my WordPress/WooCommerce integration with Klaviyo's API. My setup handles user consent for marketing communications, but I'm facing issues with re-subscribing users who have previously unsubscribed.Current ImplementationI've built a user flow that:Registers users in Klaviyo when they create an account and opt-in to marketing Updates their profile in Klaviyo when they update their WooCommerce profile Unsubscribes users from Klaviyo when they withdraw consent Re-subscribes users to Klaviyo when they opt back in after previously withdrawing consentThe issue is with the last step - once a user has unsubscribed, I can't seem to re-subscribe them properly.Code FlowWhen a user opts in:I call profile-import to create/update their profile I call profile-suppression-bulk-delete-job to try removing them from the suppression list I call profile-subscription-bulk-create-job to add them as a subscriberWhen a user opts out:I call profile-subscription-bulk-delete-job to unsubsc

Abandoned Checkout Email Blocked By Password Protected Shopify Store

Hello all - Our website uses Headless Commerce for our Shopify Ecommerce. The Add to Cart is on our main website, then when users hit ‘Checkout’ it will redirect to our Shopify Checkout page.I’m trying to use Klaviyo to send a series of Abandoned Checkout emails. After building the Flows and testing the Abandoned Checkout email, it sent and was received just as it was supposed to. However, when clicking the link to view the items in the cart, it was redirected to the home page. Since we’re using headless commerce, our Shopify store is not customer-facing and therefore is password protected to restrict all access. That is why it blocked the {{ event.extra.checkout_url }} from going to the Checkout page, but instead went to the store’s homepage. (FYI: I temporarily removed the password from the store and the link worked just fine)Does anyone have a work around for this (permanently removing the store password is not an option)? Shopware 6 Integration: Scheduled_Tasks stuck | data not synced from and to Klaviyo

Hi, since upgrading our Shopware store to 6.6.x and the Klaviyo Plugin from Overdose Digital to version 3.3.x (recommended for SW6.6), we’re facing issues.I opened up a ticket via the Google Forms link provided on the Shopware Integration docs here: https://help.klaviyo.com/hc/en-us/articles/13001662470939#h_01HBC3PT82ESVQCM2KR7GGVC80. That was about a week ago. I haven’t heard anything since - not even a confirmation for posting my request. It is a bit of an odd support experience so far, with the forms and all.Now I’m wondering if this is still the correct way to request support on the plugin as I’m kind of in the dark on if anything is happening or not. The issue:All the scheduled_tasks related to Klaviyo get stuck in status queued. We’re using a systemd-service to trigger the scheduled_tasks as well as multiple instances of the messenger-consumers. This works for all other plugins and shop-processes so far.Scheduling the Klaviyo jobs manually it works once. Then they get stuck agai

Flow Reporting API and UI discrepancy

Trouble creating SMS Flow over API

Hi, I’m trying to create an SMS Send flow over API, but the parameters I’m setting to FALSE in the request are being overwritten back to TRUE in the response for some reason: I request to:shorten_links: false add_org_prefix: false add_info_link: false And yet the Flow is created with them set to TRUE… Worse, there doesn’t appear to be a PATCH endpoint to update the Flow if it was created incorrectly over API, so updates need to be done manually in the UI. Has anyone else had this issue or found a way to get the POST or PATCH to work correctly? Thank you

Changing Review Carousel Links

Our current review carousel links to our product page when you click on one of the featured reviews. Is there any way to change this to show the full review that is in the carousel? Some of the longer reviews will get cut off and end with “...”.

Interval based "Placed Order" revenue calculation without metric aggregate endpoint

Hey Developers!I'm currently building a custom segmentation engine for Shopify-based e-commerce customers — something similar to what Klaviyo offers with its rule-based dynamic segments.
